Your Photo Session

When you schedule your appointment, I will talk with you and find out more about you and your family and what you have in mind for your session. I will get to know you and your family better through conversation. We will discuss where you would like to have your memories captured. I usually find 2 or 3 locations close to your home and then call you back and discuss which one would better fit your family's needs.

I will call you a few days before your session and discuss location, outfits and answer any other questions that you may have.

On the day of your session, I will come with my camera and some props, as well as my own excitement to start capturing your precious and small moments. I will take a few moments to get to know the kiddos or other family members to ease any nervousness and shyness. While we are talking and getting to know each other, I will begin capturing your interactions with the camera. I enjoy talking and playing around and having a good time during your session. I want to capture the real you, not a posed stiff version of you. I am very patient to the needs of little ones and understand that sometimes we need to take a break for a snack and sometimes even a nap. During a successful photo session there is a great deal of flexibility.

After your session, I will need at least two weeks to edit your pictures and get them ready for you to view. I usually try post a sneak peek of your photos within two days on my Facebook page (Tina Snider Photography).

When your photographs are done and ready to view, I will upload them to a password protected viewing site and email the password. You will have the opportunity to choose the poses that come with your package and you will also have the option to purchase more poses as well as prints of your poses.   Once you make your selections, I will send you a link to download your digital poses within a week.

I am willing to be as flexible as you need me to be to help make your experience a memorable one with beautiful portraits to share when we are done.
